COVID-19 Waiver/Terms & Conditions

As a member OR guest of kINGSTON FITNESS, I understand and accept all policies and regulations that are set forth by the management of which may be altered and updated as the need arises. I understand and agree that neither KINGSTON FITNESS, nor any of its owners, officers, directors, employees, or agents may be held liable, and I hereby personally assume all risks arising from any occurrences, acts, omissions or conditions in connection with the use of facilities, equipment, or services of KINGSTON FITNESS that may result in injury, death or other damages to me or other Family Members included in this agreement, my heirs or assigns, or, whether said are foreseeable or unforeseeable, and further save and hold harmless KINGSTON FITNESS, its owners, officers, directors, employees or agents from any claim by me or other Family Members included in this Agreement or my family, estate, heirs or assigns. I understand that by using any public or private business, including KINGSTON FITNESS, there is an implied risk of being exposed to and/or contracting COVID-19. I certify that I cannot take any legal action against KINGSTON FITNESS, its owners, employees, agents, officers, or directors in the case that I become ill with COVID-19. I understand that if I feel ill or have experienced symptoms related to COVID-19 that I will not be permitted on-site and will be asked to refrain from visiting the facility until 14 days after symptoms clear. I understand that if my body temperature is over 100ºF that I will not be allowed entry to the facility. I understand that upon entry to the facility and prior to exit, I am required to wash my hands or use hand sanitizer. I accept full responsibility of sanitizing all equipment used by myself after each use.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before block start time. All members will be required to abide by all current gym policies and current COVID-19 regulations. Masks must be worn upon entry and in specified locations within the building but will not be required to be worn during exercise. Physical distancing will be enforced by staff and members will do their best to maintain during their visit. Members may not bring guests in at this time, unless they follow the same sign-up procedure. No walk-ins will be accepted at this time. Terms & conditions may change without notice.

I understand the locker room will only be used for bathroom and hand-washing purposes. No showers will be available. In addition, I have reviewed on KingstonFitness.org and understand Kingston Fitness's COVID-19 Action Plan.
