Coworking Pass Draw Terms and Conditions 1. By entering the coworking pass draw you are agreeing to these coworking pass draw terms and conditions. 2. The coworking pass draw is being run by Sheffield Science Park Company Ltd (SSPCO). Eligibility to enter 3. The coworking pass draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age who are self-employed (or employed and working remotely) within creative, digital, media and professional services sectors. (SSPCO staff members are excluded from the draw). 4. In entering the coworking pass draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. 6. The coworking pass draw is free to enter. How to enter 7. The coworking pass draw will include entrants who complete the online form any point before before June 1st 2022. Entries after that date will not be included in the draw. 8. To enter the coworking pass draw simply complete this form once: https://forms.gle/GzPgDhiARe5zf5af8 9. You only need to register once and you will be entered into each draw10. Multiple wins are possible 11. SSPCO will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. The Prize 12. The prize will be one of 10 coworking day passes drawn each month starting in July 2021. Each pass enables access for business use between 8.30am and 5.30pm on the day of use. Winners must book ahead of arrival. 13. The 10 winners will be drawn at random each month. 14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 15. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 16. The decision of SSPCO regarding any aspect of the coworking pass draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Winner announcements 17. The winner will be notified after 1st of the month via the email provided during subscription.18. SSPCO will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. 19. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 7 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and SSPCO reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. Use of the prize 20. The coworking day pass must be used within the same month it is awarded. Data protection and publicity 21. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the coworking pass draw being used by SSPCO for the purposes of administering the coworking pass draw 22. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at hello@shefftechparks.com 23. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and company name to any other coworking pass draw participants if requested via SSPCO. 24. An announcement of the winners' first names and company names will be made via SSPCO social media channels 25. All personal information shall be used in accordance with SSPCOs Privacy Notice. Limitation of Liability 26. SSPCO does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the coworking pass draw or being selected for a prize, save that SSPCO does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence. 27. SSPCO does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. General 28. SSPCO reserves the right to cancel the coworking pass draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. 29. The coworking pass draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
