The Bella Vista POA, The Weekly Vista, and the Adult Day NWA formerly known as Village House Adult Day Program invite you to join us for our annual Senior Services Expo. The purpose of this event is to educate the growing number of seniors and their family members about various health issues and services, which are specific to the aging population. We invite you to take part in the Senior Service Expo by reserving a table. The first 75 to respond will have space reserved for them. To be assured of a table, payment must be received no later than Friday, August 16th, 2019. The fee for an eight-foot table, two chairs, and a tablecloth, is $75.00. After August 16th the fee will be $90. Not-for-profits who wish to share with another organization are encouraged to do so. Please submit those applications together. Vendors should bring a door prize to be distributed at the event ($25.00 value). Sponsorships including print ads should be submitted no later than August 10, 2019, in order to allow time for ads to be designed and distributed. Platinum sponsor-$1500.00: The company name and logo will be on all promotional materials. The table location will be front and center. Radio and television advertisements leading up to the event (5 advertisements)

Gold sponsor-$1000.00: Company name and logo will be in all print ads and on the flyer that is distributed. The table location will be in the main room in a prominent place. Radio and television advertisements leading up to the event (2 advertisements)

Silver sponsor-$500.00: Company name will be in two print ads and on the flyer that is distributed at the fair. The table location will be in the main room.

Bronze sponsor-$250.00: Company name will be in one ad and on the flyer that is distributed at the fair. The table location may be in the main room or in a prominent place in the side room.
