Information on Data Processing acc. to Art. 14 and 14 GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation by the
European Union with the aim to harmonize regulations on processing
personal data of private companies and public authorities across Europe.
This document’s purpose is to inform you that our organization will store your data in KIgA e.V. databases and clouds.
We may share updates about the program and participants on KIgA e.V.
websites and social media accounts as well as other digital
or print materials.
The use of your images and data given in
this form is based on our organisation’s legitimate interest to use the
event for promotional purposes and to process data (see Art. 6 para. 1
S. 1 lit. f GDPR). We will store the photographs for as long as they are
needed for promotional purposes. You have the right to object
acc. to Art. 21 GDPR if you do not wish your images to be used and
published. In order to do so, please contact us via
mail@kiga-berlin.org.
You have the following rights with regards to your personal data: Right of access (see Art. 15 GDPR),
- Right of rectification or erasure (see Art. 16, 17 GDPR),
- Right of restriction of processing (see Art. 18 GDPR),
- Right to notification regarding rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing (see Art. 19 GDPR),
- Right to data portability (see Art. 20 GDPR).
