Dear Parent/ Carer,

Please be advised that in order to complete the registration process this data collection form must be completed for each new Year 7 starter transitioning from Primary School to Northwood School in September 2021. Please also note that if you have multiple children joining us in Year 7, a separate electronic form must be completed for each child. The deadline for completion is Friday 18th June.

Towards the end of this form you will be asked to confirm that you have read through and understood the following documents.
