In order to make the process a smooth as possible we're requesting all the important information we need from you upfront. We only collect this information for the purpose of offering you the best possible service and if you decide that WeSwim isn't right for you at any point then we will delete the information accordingly.

Following the submission of this form we will be in touch with you to learn more about how we can help you and to book you into your trial swimming session, where we will spend time getting to know you and introducing you to the pool, the session themselves, volunteers and fellow swimmers.
