2024 SFBB Summer League Registration Form
Mission: The mission of the SFBB Summer League is to promote teamwork, sportsmanship and fair play.  We are running this league to promote basketball as a year-round sport and to ensure a successful community program for our kids.

League Details
The season will run from June 3 through July 11, 2024. This includes make-up dates due to weather.

DATES AND TIMES: Games will be played Monday through Thursday nights. Game times are 5:45, 6:35 and 7:25 p.m. There are NO practices. You will be placed on a team and will show up and play on your designated nights. Friday nights may be added as needed for weather make-ups.

LOCATION: Limerick Community Park (home of Manderach Playground.)

AGE GROUPS: The league is open to boys and girls from ages 8-17. There will be four divisions for both boys and girls:
  • 8 - 10 yr.
  • 11-12 yr.
  • 13-14 yr.
  • 15-17 yr.
8 year olds who can shoot on a 10-foot rim as well as play with 9/10 year olds can also sign up. We will only place family members on the same team. Please do not ask to have teams or neighborhoods play together.

FEE: $125 per player. Your fee assures you eight games (nine scheduled, will not reschedule 1st rain out), team t-shirt for each paid participant, PIAA official for each game, insurance, timers/scorekeepers, and basketballs.

PAYMENT: There are two ways to pay. Pay by check made out to SFBB or Venmo payment to Dan-Miscavage-1 (5477 last 4 digits) Include only the word LIMERICK in the "what's this for" section of your Venmo payment.

REGISTRATION: Registration is open March 1st – April 30th. Complete the google form below, 

COACHES: We will be taking volunteers for coaches, our league cannot run without volunteer coaches. Please consider coaching a team. It is much less stressful than winter leagues, with focus on having fun and getting everyone involved in games. Experience is not necessary, just need a positive attitude!

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: Any participant and/or his guardian, in consideration for the SFBB Outdoor Summer Basketball League and Limerick Township providing facilities, instruction, transportation, and supervision in the activity for which he has registered does hereby:

Agree to assume all risks and responsibilities of possible damage or injury involved through participation in said activity. I understand I am to furnish my own insurance in case of injury. Request permission to participate in the activity with the full knowledge that the said activity could result in damage or injury to me.

Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the SFBB Outdoor Summer Basketball League, its agents from liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from my participation in said activity.

Waive the right to dispute all proper charges once he/she/they have registered and/or participated n the league for which this registration form is received.

Agree to allow SFBB League to use any photos taken at an activity for future publications
