Door Greeter - Welcome guests; control flow to intake tables; provide ID tags (2 individuals will be needed for the 7:30-11:59 shift)
Intake Interviewer – Assist guests in completing Entry Form and Consent to Participate (2 individual will be needed for the 7:30-11:59 shift)
Guest Guide – Assist clients in finding agencies they need; occasionally provide temporary relief for other volunteers
Exit Interviewer – Assist clients in filling out exit form
Exit Door Monitor – Insure guests enter by proper door; track exiting guests to insure that they are finished, and urge filling in exit form
Bathroom Attendant - Ensure that additional resource are accessible in the restroom and help tidy as needed
Daycare – Assist attending children of clients
Dental or Medical registration – Register guests; distribute patient consent forms (1 individual will be needed for the 7:30-11:59 shift)
Smile Mobile Escort – Escort clients from waiting area to Smile Mobile, and vice versa (1 individual will be needed for the 7:30-11:59 shift)
Garbage and Facility Maintenance - Assist in garbage removal and any other facility needs with direction from the Facility Manager
Haircut Receptionist – Schedule appointments for haircuts
Haircut Assistant – Replenish hygiene supplies for hair stations; sweep floors after each haircut
Massage/Chiro Reception – Schedule massage appointments for clients
Pet Sitting – Caring for client’s pets while they are in the Center
Photographer - Help document the event
Service Provider Registration – Assist service providers when signing in for the event
Spanish & ASL Interpreters – Usually double as guest guides. Assist with communication.
Volunteer Registration – Assist volunteers with signing in; distribute packets and T shirts. Provide breaks or temporary assistance in other areas throughout the day.
