Tourism Online Registration is no longer required for tourists traveling to Sipalay City

New and updated requirements as of March 11, 2021:

REQUIREMENTS
✔️ Sipalay Travel Form
✅ Printed and filled out Sipalay Travel Form signed by the Punong Barangay of your origin
✅bit.ly/SCTravelForm
✅ All guests shall fill out the form individually and present it at the border checkpoint

✔️Health Declaration Form upon arrival at the hotel / resort


OTHER ENTRY DETAILS
✔️ Non-resident tourists traveling via private vehicle (cars, rented vans, tricycles, motorcycle, etc) are allowed. TRAVEL VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORT IS NOT YET ALLOWED.
✔️Allowed entry points shall only be at the Cartagena (Cauayan-Sipalay) and Nabulao (Hinoba-an-Sipalay) borders.


ALLOWED AND DISALLOWED ACTIVITIES
✔️Observance of minimum health protocols such as wearing of facemask, social distancing, frequent handwashing, coughing and sneezing etiquette.
✔️Resort hopping, day tours, and city tours are not yet allowed.
✔️Island hopping is allowed only for checked-in non-resident tourists in limited areas and only maximum of 8 passengers are allowed per trip.
✔️Day trips / excursion of non-resident tourists is only allowed at the Poblacion Beach. Day trips for non-resident tourists to resorts are not yet allowed.
