Room requests will be processed within 2-3 business days, same day requests might not be able to be accommodated. 
  • There is a 2-hour time limit for each meeting, including set-up and clean-up. Rooms are scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis and cannot be scheduled more than 2 weeks in advance. 
  • Any exceptions will be granted on a case-by-case basis. SJSU Academic Departments and Student Success Centers will be given priority for scheduling the room more than 2 weeks in advance.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please email EOP at least 24 hours in advance: eop@sjsu.edu

RESERVATION GUIDELINES
  • Only SJSU Academic departments, SJSU Student Success Centers, and recognized SJSU Student Organizations are allowed to book this space. We can not accept non-affiliated individuals or organizations requests.
  • The room is not available to be booked on Saturday or Sunday as EOP staff are not on campus to unlock the door.  
  • Any exceptions for a reservation for a Saturday or Sunday will be considered on a case by case basis only for SJSU Academic Departments and SJSU Student Success Centers.
  • Check SJSU Sammy App Clubs & Groups for an updated list of all SJSU Registered Student Organizations: https://sjsu.my.campusapp.com/#/stores 
  • Use of this space is allowed after you receive written permission (email) from EOP indicating the request has been approved.  Submission of a request is not an approval.
  • Approved requests are valid for the start and end time requested.
NOTE:  Approved room reservations may be cancelled due to business necessity, you will be notified via email in case this occurs.

ROOM CAPACITY
  • This room holds a maximum of 20 persons, due to safety code.  Groups are not allowed to exceed 20 attendees. Groups over 20 attendees will be asked to leave immediately. 
  • Clark 100H is designated as a quiet meeting space. Disruptions to the surrounding office spaces will result in future bookings being declined. 
  • Repeated violations of room capacity, disruptions, and failure to adhere to all SJSU campus policies and procedures will result in denial of future requests.
NOTE: Please do NOT remove any chairs, tables, or fans from the room, as they are EOP property.

TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT
  • EOP does NOT provide technical support nor provide cables/adapters to project on the screen.
  • Please contact the IT Help Desk at 4-1530 or Academic Technology at 4-2867 for technical support.

POST MEETING
  • Please show consideration for the next group and clean up after your usage or meeting.
  • Return the tables and chairs to a U-shaped configuration, turn off fans, and dispose of all waste (food, trash, other debris) items properly; failure to do so may result in future loss of access to the room.

CATERING AND CLEAN-UP
  • Requester is responsible for making arrangements for catering, including overseeing setup and clearing of catering. When making room reservations, please be sure to schedule additional time (30 min) for caterers to setup and clean up.

ROOM ACCESS SUPPORT
  • Please stop by the EOP Front Desk during EOP business hours (Mon-Thu 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-4:30pm), if you need assistance with the room being locked, need cleaning wipes, or assistance with the monitor.
  • The room is not available to be booked on Saturday or Sunday as EOP staff are not on campus to unlock the door.  
  • Any exceptions for a reservation for a Saturday or Sunday will be considered on a case by case basis only for SJSU Academic Departments and SJSU Student Success Centers.
  • Monitor usage is available for confirmed reservations only.
