Application is Due (AT LEAST) 60 days before project begins. We do not fund projects with a religious or political purpose, fundraisers, or benefits.  All events must be free for the public to attend. Funds cannot be used for travel expenses outside of Oklahoma.

In receipt of grant funding from Ponca City Arts and Humanities Council, the applicant organization is required to give credit to the PCAHC in all: ads (newspaper, print, radio, social media), announcements, and press releases.  Written and verbal acknowledgement of this PCAHC grant shall include wording such as "This event is made possible with the assistance of Ponca City Arts & Humanities Council." The PCAHC logo can also be used by the grantee, but not in lieu of the above crediting requirements.
