Volunteer Opportunities
Event Committees - Each of the below events will have a separate chair and committee. Volunteers will assist with planning, volunteer management, decor, entertainment, menu, event execution, tear down, etc.  
  • Hall of Fame Reception - June 5, 2025 
  • Class Reunion Night - June 6, 2025
  • Ultimate Reunion III - June 7, 2025
  • Open House at Byrd - June 7, 2025
  • Sporting Tournaments (Tennis, Golf, etc.) - June 6 - 7, 2025
Class Representatives - Will serve as the main point of contact for their graduating class. To assist in updating alumni information and sharing communications regarding the Centennial celebration. 

Hall of Fame Selection - This committee will review Hall of Fame nominations and make selections for the 2025 Inductee class. 

Finance - Manage budget, ticket sales, sponsorships, and attendee tracking.  

Communications/Marketing - Create and distribute invitations, manage advertising, press relations, develop social media content, and communicate reminders and deadlines.

Gift Shop/Memorabilia  - Determine items to sell at and before the Centennial celebration. Assist with memorabilia intake and tracking.
