Big Rapids Public Schools has built a Return to School plan that provides choices and creates a safe learning environment for all BRPS students and staff. We recognize that families need to get a feel for what new procedures and protocols will be in place before making decisions for their child(ren).

Please refer to the BRPS Return to School Outline (www.brps.org/RTSoutline) for details.

We ask that you complete this form FOR EACH of your BRPS students to help us plan and prepare for the start of the school year.

PLEASE MAKE YOUR SELECTION(S) BY AUGUST 5th.

I believe it is in my child's best interest to : *

follow the BRPS Roadmap and send my child for IN-PERSON learning if our region is in Phase 4, 5, or 6.

commit to the LEARN FROM HOME option for the first trimester of school and make another selection for the second trimester at a later date.
