Cancellation policy
Die Anzahl der verfügbaren Plätze im Dormitory ist auf 15 Teilnehmer begrenzt! Stelle sicher, dass Du dich bald registrierst. Auch damit wir wissen, ob es stattfinden kann.
Ich bin damit einverstanden, dass eine Rückerstattung des Deposits nach dem Kauf des Tickets NICHT möglich ist. Ausnahmen bilden die Absage des Retreats durch das Organisationsteam aufgrund des geringen Engagements und höherer Gewalt, wie z. B.: Langzeitkrankheit, Verletzungen, Corona oder Tod eines Verwandten. Bei höherer Gewalt benötigen wir ein ärztliches Attest! Aber natürlich kannst Du das Ticket auch jemand anderem geben. Einzige Ausnahme es sollte nicht jemand sein, der bereits <3 registriert ist.
Im Falle erneuter Einschränkungen durch Corona zahlen wir den vollen Betrag zurück. In diesem Fall bitten wir euch uns dabei zu Unterstützen einen Teil der Lokation WirbauenZukunft und vielleicht auch uns zu spenden.
Bitte buche keine Flüge oder Züge ohne Stornonierungsmöglichkeit bevor wir mindestens 8 Teilnehmerinnen haben./

I am informed of the fact that a repayment of the deposit is NOT possible after the ticket has been purchased .Exceptions to this are retreat cancellation by the organizing team, due to low commitment and force majeure, such as: long-term illness, injuries or death of a relative. In case of force majeure we REQUIRE a doctor's certificate! But of course you can give the ticket to someone else. Only exception it shouldn't be someone already registered <3
In the event of another Corona limitations, we will refund full access. This autumn we bit you to support us a part of the location We build future and possibly also to give us.
Please do not book flights or trains without a cancellation measure before we have at least 8 participants.
