To be eligible to receive the Chamber Group Discounts, an existing Chamber member must register to participate in the Chamber Members Group Discount Program (the “Chamber Discount Program”). Chamber members can enroll one of two ways: 1) accessing the Chamber Discount Program page via a password protected link on a partner chamber site, or 2) Chamber providing Staples with Chamber Member’s information including Staples Rewards member number. For #1, once on the Chamber Discount Program page, an existing Chamber Member can enroll in the Chamber Discount Program by using their existing Staples Rewards member number or by enrolling in Staples Rewards. Activation of Chamber Group Discounts takes 24-hours upon enrollment. Staples must receive accurate and complete information in order to enroll in the Chamber Discount Program. For #2, Chamber Members must enroll in Staples Rewards at a Staples store and supply Chamber with Staples Rewards member number to enroll in the Chamber Discount Program. Individual Chamber leadership is responsible for relaying all Staples Rewards information of Chamber Members to Staples corporate in order for the Chamber Group Discount to be activated. Staples is not responsible for the failure of Chamber to provide Staples with a Chamber Member’s Staples Rewards information for enrollment.

The rewards member number associated with the Chamber Discount Program must be presented at time of purchase in order to receive the applicable Chamber Group Discount.

The Chamber Group Discounts may not be applied to taxes or shipping/delivery fees. Staples, in its sole discretion, may include additional products or services as exclusions from time to time without prior notice.

Staples reserves the right to change or cancel the Chamber Members Group Discount Program at any time. Additionally, Staples reserves the right to remove a Chamber Member from the Chamber Members Group Discount Program if such member is no longer a Chamber Member, or fraudulently enrolls as a Chamber Member, or uses the Chamber Members Group Discount Program in a fraudulent way; or for any other reason at Staples sole discretion.

Chamber Members enrolled in the Chamber Members Group Discount Program are still eligible to earn the standard rewards, up to 5% back in rewards on their account for Qualifying Purchases made at Staples® U.S. stores and 2% back in rewards on staples.com purchases and phone orders made at 1-800-333-3330, when they provide a valid rewards member number.
