2023-2024 Student Senate Application
There are vacancies available to be filled on the Student Senate. Student Senators represent the interest of all students while attending SGA meetings, serving committees, and working with the Office of Student Life and Leadership to coordinate events an services for students. 

Student Senate Positions:
Hampton Campus Senators           
Historic Triangle Campus Senators
Senators receive a $100 Scholarship per semester for 15 hours of service per semester.

Qualifications:
Must have earned at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA  
Must be in good disciplinary standing with the college. 

Any student who seeks to fill a vacancy on the Student Senate after the SGA elections must attend two consecutive meetings and be approved by a majority vote of the current Student Senate.
 
NOTE:  
Student Government Association meetings are held on the first and third Friday of each month at 1:00 pm via Zoom and may also be held in-person.
