Required Form for Requesting Dual Enrollment (HCC). Please assure you have read all policies for dual enrollment with SCA through in SCA Student Handbook. The Dual Enrollment Request Deadline for fall is Wednesday, May 15. HCC has communicated to us that they will not be accepting DE registrations after the published deadline of Friday, May 17.

Course #3 (Include Course # & Title). Student Must have 3.5 UGPA. *
I understand that it is the student’s responsibility to CAREFULLY follow the steps and communicate with HCC in regards to the dual enrollment process. SCA is not permitted to communicate with HCC in regards to a student’s dual enrollment status or grades. I understand that this is a college level course with professors, expectations, and deadlines of a college class and that course requires a high level of responsibility and communication when dealing with HCC and the professor. *
