Please fill out this form to register for the Mt Carmel Football Club Summer Camp. Football Club Summer Camp will be Mon/Wed/Fri from 9am -11am and from Monday, June 22nd-Friday July 17th (and beyond if allowed). There will be NO camp on Friday July 3rd.

The cost for Summer Camp is $150 per player. This allows us to pay the hard cost of coaches' stipends and rental of the field. Due to COVID-19, the program is facing fundraising challenges as we enter into the season so it is imperative that we "break even" for Summer Camp. As always for summer camp, if you need to make arrangements or have special circumstances please reach out to Coach Anderson.

Typically our Summer Camp includes the ability to purchase spirit wear, however because there was so much uncertainty about starting summer camp no spirit wear was ordered. There will be an opportunity to purchase spirit wear at a later date from the limited stock left over from last year's camp. More information will be forth coming.

The information from this form is used to begin creating our contact list for the season, so be sure to enter the emails and phone numbers correctly to ensure you can receive updates in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that responses to COVID-19 and directives from our district may mean last minute changes to schedules.
