Signing up to attend is a commitment to coming!

Prior to each service, the shul will be thoroughly cleaned in compliance with all state and federal guidelines. We request that you read the following points carefully which are in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

If anyone has been exposed to the virus in the last 2 weeks, please do not come. Also, if you have a fever or cough or other Covid-19 symptoms, or feel unwell in any way, out of an abundance of caution please stay home. Further, if you (or a member of your household) has traveled within the last two weeks to a state under quarantine bythe State of New York, please do not sign up.

The kitchen area and coffee service will be off limits.

Please do not bring food or drink to the shul. Water bottles will be available in the coatroom..
 
Please only sit in the clearly marked seats designated for seating.

Masks are mandatory for the entire time spent at MKHC.

The restrooms will be off-limits. (Except in an absolute emergency) Please take this into consideration when signing up and planning your time at MKHC.

Everyone should seek medical guidance before signing up.

Everyone, men and women must complete the attached form and sign up to join in the minyan! A separate submission must be made for EACH member of a household who wishes to be a part of our service.
