Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan was established in 1938 in Mumbai by Shri. KM Munshiji with the blessings of Gandhiji. Its main aim is to promote Indian Sanskriti through Education, Training, and Cultural programmes. Today it is one of India's biggest educational groups with more 119 Campuses (Kendras) in India and abroad having more than 3000 schools, colleges, and cultural centers. Our college, HB Institute, was established during 1967-69 in Ahmedabad to offer courses in the areas of Communication and Management to graduates and working executives. We offer two types of courses by way of affiliation. (A) Our Communication (Journalism, Mass Communication - i.e. 'C' series) courses and Management (e.g. IRPM, International Trade, etc - i.e. 'M' series) courses are affiliated with our main college - Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication and Management (RPI,) Mumbai. RPI has 25 colleges affiliated to itself across India. Its courses are recognised by the Govt. of India, Govt. of Gujarat, Kerala, Punjab, and also various universities such as the University of Mysore, Annamalai University, Guru Jambeshwar University, and Gulbarga University. (B) The other courses are offered through our own college affiliated with Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and some are recognised by the local university and some others are offered in collaboration with industry partners such as Aptech, Cyberra Legal Services, ams Impex, etc. All these courses are designed with academic rigour and industry acceptance in mind.

Herewith you will find a list of courses being offered by Bhavan's HBICM for AY 20-21. Kindly apply for the course you are interested in. The new academic year will begin in July 2020. Based on your application, when the college reopens after the current holidays, we will call you to come to the college and complete the admission process by submitting 3 passport size photographs, photocopies of your last mark sheet and degree certificate and fees.
