Event organizers make every effort to avoid over-saturating any particular  product/category & to place vendors in optimal booth assignments

      Please assist us in this goal by providing a SPECIFIC description of goods/services to be featured.

VENDOR BOOTH SPACE:
• Booth spaces are $40 per 10' x 10' area  and includes 1 table (6 or 8ft) & 2 chairs.  
Vendors may bring their own tables, chairs, pop-up canopy tent, display racks, etc if they choose.
•Animal rescue groups & dog-friendly  501c3 non-profits are welcome to attend free of charge (space permitting).

BOOTH FEE & INSURANCE :
A copy of your Certificate of Insurance (business, homeowners, renters, etc)  &  paid booth fee are required for full registration.  Single-day, event- only insurance policies typically used for expo setups are also acceptable.

      Whichever insurance option you prefer to submit, it MUST be received prior to the event.

Donation of items, products or services for the raffles, auctions, or contest/race prizes are gratefully accepted & very much appreciated.

Terms and Conditions (Applies to all Vendors) :
• Booths are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

• Event organizers reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in a particular category and to deny  any vendor application based on appropriateness of products or duplication of vendors.

• Participants are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of their booths.

• Setup time will be available between 7:30 am-9:30am on May 17, 2025.          ~Event organizers are working with the venue to arrange a Friday PM   setup window, for those who might need a bit of extra time.   Unfortunately, this is contingent on a number of variables outside of our control & specifics may not be known until the week of the event.  Attendees are encouraged to plan accordingly.~

• Signage must be hung from the venue's wire hanging cable...........    no tape, glue or other potentially damaging means of attachment may be used to secure  signs or booth fixtures to walls or event supplied furniture.

• Vendors will keep their setup open and staffed at all times during the event.         ~Solo exhibitors that might need a bathroom or lunch break are encouraged to reach out to event organizers for possible volunteer assistance.~

Vendors may not break down their booth until at/after 4pm  day of the event . Each booth must be dismantled completely no later than 6:00pm.

Vendors agree to be good neighbors & will not operate/setup their assigned space in a way that impairs or blocks other participants.

• Vendors are responsible for all applicable sales tax and certify that applicable sales tax returns will be filed with the appropriate government agency(s).
