As you are aware, Westlands is only open Tuesday 5th - Friday 8th January for those students whose parents are critical workers or for students who are considered vulnerable.  A full definition of each of these terms is available on our school website.

In order to ensure we have the correct amount of staff on site and that we are able to provide food for the students, we need parents to tell us in advance if they are intending on sending their child to school.

If you are a critical worker, or believe that your child meets the criteria for being considered 'vulnerable', then please complete this form. If you have more than one child at the school, please complete a separate form for each child.
