ORDERS ARE CLOSED FOR THIS YEAR!!! his year we will have 24 pasture raised freezer lambs available by half or whole lamb. Whole lambs will provide between 25 and 40 lbs. of meat. Lamb is vacuumed packed and frozen. Please reserve early since we have had many requests this year.
We have two dates: Late December and Late January. We ask that you reserve by December 1st so that we can make plans.
PRICES:
Half Lamb (between 15 and 25 lbs of meat) $11.00 per lb hanging weight.
Whole Lamb (between 20 and 35 lbs) $10.50 per lb hanging weight.
Whole and Half lamb is sold by hanging weight.
Depending on how you get your meat cut and packaged, actual yield of meat will be between 69% and 80% of hanging weight. Most of our lambs will be between 30 and 55 lbs hanging weight. For example if you have all of your meat ground and all bones removed the weight of the meat you receive will be a lower percentage than if you get all the organ meat and have all your cuts with bone in. In general because our lambs are pasture raised and lean there is very little waste and we get high percentages of yield. I can not tell exact weight until I get it back from the processor. At that time we will send you an invoice for the total.
