Please fill out this form if you are interested in being a part of your respective house's team for House Feud. Please note that each house will have only one team and members representing each house must be a part of that house (note: we will be verifying). Each house will challenge each team in their pool and the winners from each pool will go head-to-head in a winner take all match (with subsequent consolation matches). Final house points will be assigned based on final standings.
