Has the Air Pollution Control Division previously reviewed and approved a modeling guideline from your company for an automatic pressure management system (such as via a Consent Decree, Compliance Order on Consent, or other agreement)?
If yes, the Division will determine its equivalence with the APMPLS guidelines.   

Note that if a previously-approved modeling guideline did not include pilot light monitoring and open thief hatch monitoring, then your company must to develop and submit written materials describing those required components of an APMPLS.
