If ou wish to participate, we need to receive your registration before 15 April 2024

We plan to organize a information-sharing and coordination meeting before the event at 27nd April, 11 a.m., Vítězné náměstí, Prague 6 where we will be happy to offer a guided market tour including Q/A session and individual consultations,

Once registered and confirmed, participating countries will be kindly requested to commence their preparatory works before the event between 6.00 a.m. - 7.30 a.m.

The official opening of the event is scheduled to 8.00 a.m., we plan to close at 8:00 p.m.

The presentation is open to embassies or state entities under the formal auspices of the respective embassy or its tourism departments.

Countries not operating their embassy in the Czech Republic are encouraged to participate in another form of official representation, i.e. under the auspices of Chamber of Commerce or the Honorary Consul. Please contact us to get more detailed information on options available.

Participation of commercial entities is possible,  pls. contact us if interested.
