CP Theatre Peter Pan Crew Application
Apply to volunteer in any of the following areas: backstage, tech, hair/make-up for Music Man.

Applicants need to be 13 years or older and available ALL of the following dates/times:

Sunday, April 21 (Meetings)*  | 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Monday, April 22 (Dress Rehearsal) | 4:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Tuesday, April 23 (Dress Rehearsal) | 4:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Wednesday, April 24 (Dress Rehearsal) | 4:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Thursday, April 25 (Dress Rehearsal & Show) | 12:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Friday, April 26 (Show) | 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Saturday, April 27 (Show & Strike) | 12:30 pm - 10:00 pm

* Required Meeting & Possible Crew Meetings. More details shared closer to tech week.

We have crew shirts available for purchase through March 16th. These are not required for you to purchase. If you are working backstage, you will need to dress in dark/black clothing during the shows.   https://forms.gle/e7oPUcQBTf1bLAmN6. 


CREW RESPONSIBILITIES: Backstage sets, tech, make-up, hospitality and house.  Indicate your 1st, 2nd and 3rd areas of preference to serve below.  You will be placed where most needed.

BACKSTAGE SETS: Move sets and props before and during the show backstage.

TECH: Work the spotlights and help with technical set-up of lights and sound.

HAIR/MAKE-UP: Assist the hair and make-up committee with styling of hair and application of make-up during dress rehearsals and shows.

HOSPITALITY: Help with preparing and serving snacks in the greenroom and with serving boxed meals on Thursday and Saturday.  

HOUSE: Usher/assist with tickets
