Conditions, Activity Waiver & Release.
Consideration
1. To participate in the ‘Boomtown Battles - Bonnie & Clyde Edition’, the Participant releases and forever discharges Elements Collective, its owners, directors, officers, employees, legal representatives and successors from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, including injury resulting in the death of the Participant, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the Participant's participation in the activities listed above.
2. The Participant understands that the Participant would not be permitted to participate in the activity described below unless the Participant signed this Agreement.
Details of Activity
3. Scheduled for Saturday 12th October 2024, the Participant may participate in the following activity:
- Public Cyphers/Demonstrations
- 2v2 Bonnie & Clyde Battle : Breaking or All-Style categories
Fitness to Participate
4. The Participant acknowledges that if they have any physical limitations, medical ailments or disabilities that could limit or prevent them from participating in the above mentioned activity, that they will participate to their own abilities.
Values
5. Elements Collective have a ZERO TOLERANCE for sexual abuse or discrimination. This can include (but is not limited to) touching, grabbing, gesture or verbal context. Any cases will be approached by management, reported and result in immediate disqualification or removal from the event.
Media Release
6. The Participant acknowledges and gives permission to Elements Collective to release images and footage gathered at ‘Boomtown Battles - Bonnie & Clyde Edition’ and documentation material only.
Full and Final Settlement
7. The Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Participant has carefully read this Agreement, that the Participant fully understands the same, and that the Participant is freely and voluntarily executing the same.
This acknowledgement must be signed by persons over the age of 18yrs or by a legal guardian.
