High Holiday Prayer Book Request Form
High Holiday services will be streamed for those congregants who are unable to attend in person.  As we return to our sanctuary  we will use prayer books instead of slides.

We are pleased, however, to lend High Holiday prayer books to congregants who choose to participate in High Holiday services virtually.

Do you plan on picking the books up from Temple Tikvah or do you require a special dropoff of the books to your home? *
Please note:
  • Deadline to pick up your books is Thursday, September 14th.
  • Book deliveries will be scheduled for the week of September 10th.
  • All books need to be returned to Temple Tikvah after the High Holidays.
  • If books are delivered to your home, we will schedule a pick up date to come back and get the books.
