• After submission, your application will be reviewed by the Virtual Studio Team. After review, you will be notified via email on the next steps to securing the space.• Events could be canceled or denied at any time for any reason. • Only two presenters will be allowed in the space within one session. • It is encouraged that scheduling occurs two weeks before your use date. • You will be responsible to clean podium and mics before and after use. • Room rental will only occur in two-hour blocks. Within this time, please factor setup and clean up.  • The Virtual Studio is used solely for recording. Please inquire about our virtual assistance program, which could assist with editing your product.
