This is a coaching application for SLP Lakers Hockey. All coaches are required to complete this application and submit it by Sunday, August 4th.  Coaching preferences will be taken into consideration in the assignment of teams as best as possible. As a coach for SLP Lakers Hockey, you are expected to follow the guidelines established by USA Hockey and serve as a positive role model for our youth players. We understand that this is a volunteer position. However, you are responsible for upholding the guidelines established in the SLP Lakers Hockey Handbook.  These can be found on the website. As a coach you are subject to a background screening process and are required to complete any necessary classes or modules to maintain your certification. Qualified expenses for coaching certification will be reimbursed with proper receipts after January 30, 2020.
