Introduction to the Inclusive Professional Framework (IPF)
Learn to promote equity and inclusion in your role with the NSF INCLUDES Aspire Alliance’s Inclusive Professional Framework for Faculty (IPF: Faculty). The IPF: Faculty is a research-based approach that helps faculty become more inclusive and equitable in their teaching, advising, and research mentorship roles. The framework focuses on three key domains: identity, intercultural awareness, and relational and communication skills. Join this session to explore the IPF: Faculty, begin to develop a transferrable equity mindset, and apply these skills to promote more inclusive classrooms and equitable advising and mentoring relationships.
