Orchestra Absence Form
This form will act as a make up for your lost points if you are absent from a class. This form does not act as redemption for missing materials, homework, tardiness, or behavior issues. Students will have two days for every day they are absent to complete the assignment. Students should have a metronome and a tuner ready during their practicing.
