Business and Education Partnerships are critical to bridging the gap between employers' expectations and colleges' to prepare the workforce with industry-vetted, career-ready skills. Additionally, work-based learning opportunities, such as job shadows, internships, and clinical placements, help students make better career choices and hard-to-teach employability skills.
