Creating Equity and Improving Transparency - A Letter to the Stanford MSE Department
This letter lists a set of action items that we, as members of the Stanford MSE community, are presenting to the department and faculty in response to their failures to foster equity and transparency. The letter is being published in advance of their annual faculty retreat on Friday, July 24th.

If you have a comment on any points of the letter (disagreement, improvements, recommendations), please include the number of the proposal (from 1.1.1 to 2.2.8) and write your response below. This will not be included in the letter but will help further decision making.
