Welcome to Cabrillo! 6th Grade registration is a 2 part process.
Part 1: Please fill out the form below completely and submit.
Part 2: Send or bring to Cabrillo 2 current proofs of residency, dated within the last 30 days. Email proofs to: cabrillo.registration@venturausd.org
2 proofs of residency must be on file before classes will be assigned.

This is for current 5th graders to request their courses for 6th grade.

Every student has different talents, interests, and goals. We hope students sign up for courses that help them meet their individual goals. Ideally, students and their parents/guardians will discuss these electives options prior to filling out this registration form.
