IMSA 2023 Intersession Travel Study - Student Application
                                      DEADLINE: 12:40PM ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 3 - (end of Midday 2). 

IMSA Students & Families: this form is to apply for admission to one of IMSA's 2023 Intersession Travel Study programs. Students and families should discuss the trip options and finances prior to completing the form. Please refer to this document for additional information on each Travel Study program.

NOTE: This is not an application for scholarship or financial assistance. IMSA is finalizing plans to provide partial or full assistance to students/families based on financial tiers in order to provide equitable access to our travel study programs. This question is to assist in planning for budgeting and award distribution. 
The first payment for trips will be due the week students return from October extended. This is necessary to begin booking accommodations for the program. A second payment will come at a later date. Are you able to pay the $1200 deposit by Tuesday, October 11, after returning from extended, no matter your scholarship status? 

This question is also for planning purposes. Answering "No" does not eliminate a student from potentially being admitted to the program.

Passport Status *
Students must have a passport that does not expire within 6 months of the end of travel! The passports are required in order to book flights, so you must already have it in hand by the time you make first payment for the trip.  

If a student does NOT have a passport, the student will need to apply immediately and make sure to follow the procedures to expedite the process.
