As an integral part of the community, Alabama Regional Medical Services works with community stakeholders and partners on health fairs and community events to enhance the quality of life in our community by encouraging a healthy lifestyle through education and awareness.  Please complete this form if you would like Alabama Regional Medical Services to participate in your organization's health fair or community event. Select the options that most interest you.  ARMS' Marketing and Outreach Department will inform the requesting party once a decision has been made about the request.  All requests must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the event.
