Please complete the form below if you are a private school interested in participating in the Private School Choice Programs in the 2023-24 school year.  The Private School Choice Programs consists of the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP), Racine Parental Choice Program (RPCP), and Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP).
