PAAC Manila Media & Journalism Study Tour 2024: Teacher Recommendation Form
In June 2024, PAAC travel to the Asia-Pacific continues with a study tour to the Philippines to attend the East-West Center International Media Conference in Manila.

Students will attend sessions along with journalists, global thought leaders, climate experts, policymakers, technologists, and indigenous voices from around the globe. From reporting on climate change to the impact of AI on elections, students will be able to explore careers in international media while also going to historical and cultural engagement activities.

Learn more about the East-West Center International Media Conference here: https://www.eastwestcenter.org/events/2024-east-west-center-international-media-conference.

In order to supplement the written applications from students, we are asking that each student request recommendations from two adults (non-relatives) who know them well and can attest to their readiness to participate in this program.

TEACHER RECOMMENDATIONS DUE: Sunday, April 21st, 2024 at 11:59 PM HST.
