By saying yes, I understand that I would like for NHCS to send school news, event information, and invitations to my child’s grandparents, godparents, special friends, family, or church (for church newletters), I must email the name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to Mindy Daniel at mdaniel@northhillschristian.com. *
I grant North Hills Christian School (NHCS) permission to release my child’s name as listed above as well as their photo, video, and images for marketing and communications purposes. Usage may include the following: school news and announcements, academic achievements such as honor roll, athletic accomplishments, and awards. We will potentially release this information to newspapers and other print publications, TV, advertising, online media, website, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Please let us know your wishes for using the name and image of your child. *
