2020 Reopening Registration for SCCS Elementary School

Please register your child(ren) for either traditional daily in-person instruction or daily online remote instruction for the first semester of the school year. The decision you make will be in effect from the first day of school, September 8th 2020 through January 31st 2021 at which point you may be able to change depending on the status of the COVID19 pandemic.

You must complete a separate registration form for each child in your household.

IMPORTANT: Based on our previous survey, respondents indicated that approximately 50% of families will choose each option. If actual registration for traditional in-person instruction exceeds our ability to maintain social distance in our building, we will need to revisit and modify our ability to offer traditional daily in-person instruction to all families who chose that option in order to ensure safety, which is our number one priority.
