Mountaineer Roundup is a welcome weekend for new, incoming students and returning residential students. The event takes place in Wilburton, but is open to all Eastern students.

Mountaineer Roundup is a come-and-go orientation experience for new students. After you check in, there will be instructed on which information tables that you are required to visit. Others will be optional. Once you have completed your required visits, you may finish the session by checking in for Campus Housing (for students living on campus) or going home (commuters and students from branch campuses). You do not have to stay the entire day or attend both days.

All incoming freshman and full-time students attending Eastern for the first time should attend Mountaineer Roundup. RSVP for the date and time that works best for you!

Returning students are welcome to attend the come-and-go Orientation Experience to take care of any needed business before the semester starts. For returning students who live in residential housing, you will need to use the same form below to RSVP for your move-in appointment.
