As the parent/guardian of the above named student, I acknowledge that I am responsible for the tuition and fees mentioned above - less any academic scholarship, financial aid, and/or outside grant - for the 2023-2024 School Year. If the total tuition balance (fees included) is not paid in full by May 17th, 2024, I acknowledge that Hudson Catholic High School will take the necessary measures to re-coup any outstanding balance. These measures may include, but are not limited to, withholding student from re- enrollment for next academic year; withholding of academic transcripts should the family decide to withdraw or transfer; and the possibility of the School enlisting the help of outside collections agencies. I agree to update my FACTS account during the re-enrollment period with a valid checking account (ACH) or credit/debit card from which my tuition payments will be withdrawn according to the terms of my FACTS agreement.
All fees are non-refundable. There are no discounts on fees. Payment of fees is mandatory. A $30.00 late fee will be charged for any fee/tuition payment made after the listed due-date based on your billing agreement with FACTS. Once applied to an account, late fees are irreversible.
