If your student is assigned to a bus route and is not a bus rider (car rider, daycare, etc.), please complete the information below so that we have the most up-to-date information for transportation planning.  If your child is a car rider or has other means of transportation, please fill this form out.  

If you decline school bus transportation, bus service is not guaranteed for the start of the school year. Requests received after the school year will be processed in the order received.
Transportation will make every effort to provide service using existing bus stops as quickly as possible.
