Fri. 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm; Sat. 11:00 am - 10:30 pm; Sun. 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
NEW!  Craft Barn, southeast end of grounds, reduced hours:
Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am - 4:30 pm
*Craft Barn booths are in a covered building next to the dog races.  Limited hours.  Limited exposure.  Limited availability.  The building will be locked at 4:30 pm each day.

2023 booth space has been filled.  We still invite you to complete this application in the event a spot should open up, or so that we may have your information on file for 2024.  Thank you.

Our goal is for all DAS Fest USA vendors to have a successful fest and our guests to have a variety of shops to visit.  We will list unavailable options here as they are filled.  Thank you for your understanding.

We are no longer accepting Lilla Rose, tumblers, jewelry, hemp/CBD infused products, caricatures, Color Street, t-shirts
Vendor Selection Process
Space is limited, and we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

New applicants are selected based on the following criteria:
• Uniqueness of product or service
• Appearance of display in color photos submitted when applying
• Availability of space
Political booths, sale of plastic beer mugs, and use of DAS Fest USA logo are prohibited.

The selection of vendors will continue until all available spaces are filled.  
PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT WITH YOUR APPLICATION.
Applications do not guarantee a vendor space at DAS Fest USA.
Applications must be completed on an annual basis.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Accepted vendors will be required to provide proof of insurance, naming DAS Fest USA as an additional insured. In most cases, there is no charge to have your insurance provider do this.  We require this so that any claim affiliated with a vendor's product or service is compensated for by the vendor's policy, and not the festival's policy.

-Markthalle:  high traffic indoor shopping, provide your consumers a unique shopping experience with protection from the elements, and added security for non-event hours, space is limited SOLD OUT
-Outdoor shopping, Craft and Commercial vendors, space only
All outdoor booths will be placed in high traffic areas, near the Biergarten or Oktoberfest Tent
-Craft Fair, limited hours and exposure
All craft fair booths will be located in a building next to the Little Leg Races on the southeast corner of the grounds

DAS Fest USA will review each application and reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant based on the predetermined criteria.  Accepted applications will be issued a contract via email to be signed and returned with payment.  PLEASE ADD DASFESTVENDOR@GMAIL.COM TO YOUR EMAIL CONTACTS.
