UC Merced & BES - Executive Search Survey

UC Merced is launching three searches with Berkeley Executive Search (BES), an internal executive recruitment firm for the UC system:

Dean of the School of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts (SSHA)
Vice Provost & Dean of Undergraduate Education (VPDUE)
Executive Director of the Center for Research, Equity, Anti-Racism, and Transformative Engagement(s) (UC Merced CREATE(s))

The search advisory committees and the BES search advisors would be grateful for your perspectives and suggestions regarding the characteristics required for success in these positions. Your input will inform efforts to identify, review, and interview potential candidates.
