We are looking forward to another school year full of community events! In order to make our school year a success, we need your help. At SEM, parents support the school by coming to PA meetings, joining a committee, or chairing an event. There are many events throughout the year where SEM needs extra help. Are you interested in volunteering to help out at a specific SEM event? Check all that would apply.
Annual Picnic (9/8)- Volunteers needed for our all school event on September 8th (5:00-7:00 PM).
Pickleball on the Parkway (10/15)- Volunteer and committee help needed to support this fun event!
Holiday Cookies (12/20)- Volunteers coordinate families bringing in cookies for a holiday teacher and staff treat.
SEM Wine Tasting (February)- Volunteers will help SEM host an event that takes us around the world here at 205 Bidwell.
SEM Plant Sale (March order, May pick up)- Volunteers can help SEM collect and place pre-sale plant orders and then delivery day set up.
Parent Association/BSAA Shared BBQ (Spring date TBD)- Volunteers support our annual BW's Smokin' Barrels BBQ dinner in shifts.
Spring Brunch (April/May)- Volunteers help plan a springtime event in May with students and an adult/family friend.
Teacher Appreciation Week (5/6-5/10)- Volunteers help SEM teachers feel extra special this time of year.
Prom Gifts (5/1-Mid June)- Volunteers help SEM Seniors enjoy their special evening with a little send off from the community.
