Thanks for your interest in serving as a mentor family as part of the 2021-2022 WMS Clayton Connections Program. You will be an important part of helping middle school families who are new to the district feel connected, included, and in the know.

Mentor families will...

-Attend a brief orientation to onboarding new families to our school (August 9, 7:00 pm, Zoom)*

-Welcome your assigned new family at the WMS New Family Meet and Greet, August 10, 6:00 - 8:00 pm (Shaw Park Enterprise Pavilion)*

-Connect monthly with your new family through the Fall 2021 semester through phone, email, or in-person meet-up ... you choose! (September - December)

-Serve as your new family's contact for intel on school activities, events, volunteer opportunities, extracurriculars, community resources, etc. (ongoing)

*If you can't attend these events, no worries! We will arrange other ways for you to get the info and connect with your assigned family.

Please complete the following information by July 28, so we can make strong matches between mentor and new families.

Matches will be shared beginning of August.
