President↓Qualifications: Active member of LPH
Role Description: The President shall announce all meetings, preside in the conducting of business, provide facilitation and oversight of events and meetings, and actively promote the purposes of Lambda Pi Eta in the university community. The president also completes annual ASI paperwork, signs forms, and completes the ASI club officer training. The president also delegates tasks to assign jobs and responsibilities to members.
Vice President↓Qualifications: Active member of LPH
Role Description: The Vice President shall be responsible for assisting in facilitation and oversight of the annual special programs and projects and serve in the absence of the President.
Treasurer↓
Qualifications: Active member of LPH
Role Description: The Treasurer shall have financial oversight and know when memberships have been paid. The Treasurer also keeps an up-to-date record of club transactions, a current budget, and ASI funding. The Treasurer also completes annual ASI paperwork, signs forms, and completes the ASI club officer training.
Secretary↓Qualifications: Active member of LPH
Role Description: The Secretary shall record and create documents, media, and marketing materials. They will record and archive minutes of meetings as well as create forms, promotional materials, media, and other documents as needed. They will also build and maintain a social media presence for the chapter.
Planning & Events Chair↓Qualifications: Active member of LPH
Role Description: The Planning & Events chair shall organize and coordinate events. They will be responsible for planning the logistics and details of LPH programs. They will also coordinate information between members related to events.
Member at Large↓Qualifications: Active Cal Poly Communication Studies majors and minors (LPH membership is not required)
Role Description: The Member at Large shall actively support and promote the purposes of Lambda Pi Eta in the university community. They will also support the other officers in their positions and stand in where needed. This role serves as a “jack of all trades” position designed to help fill in for other members where needed (with the exception of the President position which is filled in by the Vice President when needed).
